After we have collected all the pertinent information required for a project during Pre-Design, we move on to Schematic Design. This is the phase when we begin the actual design process!
Schematic design is when we develop design options for solving the problem in an artful way. We want the solution to be functional and delightful. It has to work, and we all want it to look good. But architecture should strive for more. This is what an architect can do for you.
Your home is where you will raise your kids and make memories. It should be more than comfortable. It should be a joy to live in!
