This project was to remodel a small “Marina-style” house located on Joost Street in San Francisco. The owners, a young professional couple, wanted to open up the main floor, modernize the kitchen and baths, add a master bedroom suite and add a bedroom on the ground floor. They were interested in a modern style. The project was not taken any further than schematic design.
