100 square feet

Chevron, Research & Technology Center

This was a fun little project.  We converted a Janitor’s closed and little used storage room into a single space of about 100 square feet.  Into this little envelope, we made an ADA accessible Shower and Locker Room.  As the image above shows, we used photo-realistic glazed tiles on the floor: grass for the dry areas and river rock for the wet areas.  The walls dividing the space up stop short of the ceiling and the gap between was provided with butt glazing.
