Yay! The project in San Bruno was finally schedule to go before their Architectural Design committee in mid-March. After the staff presentation of the project, the conversation among the committee members was more along the lines of “why did this need a hearing” than they were about the project. There was no debate and no objections. The project was approved!
We are currently waiting for the meeting summary to be prepared and delivered to us. There were conditions for approval that will have to be addressed. The conditions mainly have to do with storm water run off and construction erosion controls. We are hoping to apply for the building permit in mid to late April.
