The Permit Problem Assessment helps to clarify the City requirements and outline a path for you to move forward to correct the problems identified in the Notice of Violation or Enforcement. It also help you determine how an un-permitted in-law unit can be legalized before the violation becomes known to the City.
For a simple, flat fee of only $995 for a virtual session, or $1295 for an in-person, on-site session, you get:
- the review of up to 25pp of plans, notices, correspondence, photographs and other documents. If there are more than 25pp, I can review more for an additional fee.

- up to 75 minutes of consultation with David Locicero about the situation and your way forward.

The Permit Problem Assessment will provide you with answers to your questions about what it will take to satisfy the Notices, or to legalize your in-law unit so that you can proceed with confidence knowing the likely scope, cost, and schedule required to resolve the issue. The Permit Problem Assessment is a stand alone service with no expectation of further work on my part.
